FlowApp Studio and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create using our platform. By using our service, you grant us a license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without our explicit written permission.

Paid services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to: • Provide accurate billing information • Pay all fees when due • Authorize us to charge your payment method We reserve the right to: • Change our pricing with 30 days notice • Suspend service for non-payment • Offer refunds at our discretion All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowApp Studio shall not be liable for: • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities • Service interruptions or data loss • Third-party actions or content Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for: • Breach of these Terms • Fraudulent or illegal activity • Non-payment of fees • At our discretion for any reason You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination: • Your right to use the service ceases immediately • We may delete your data after a reasonable period • Outstanding fees remain due and payable
