A session is counted each time a user interacts with your flow app. For USSD, it's one complete interaction. For chatbots, it's a conversation thread. Sessions are tracked accurately in your dashboard.
Is the $10 monthly fee charged separately?
Yes, the $10 platform access fee is charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. Usage fees are calculated based on your actual session consumption during the month and billed separately.
Are there any volume discounts?
Yes! We offer tiered pricing: $0.001 per session for 0-100K sessions, $0.0008 for 100K-500K sessions, and $0.0005 for 500K+ sessions. Discounts are applied automatically as you scale.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll only be charged for the platform access fee for the current month and any sessions used up to the cancellation date.
What happens if I exceed my expected usage?
There are no usage limits. You simply pay for the sessions you use at the standard rate. We'll send you notifications as you reach certain usage milestones to help you track costs.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes! Annual billing is available at $100/year (save $20) for platform access. Session usage is still billed monthly based on actual consumption. Contact us to set up annual billing.
